All orders are packaged by hand and shipped through Singpost, from Singapore.
1. When will my order ship?
Orders will be sent out within 5 working days, excluding preorder items. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped out. You should receive a tracking number along with the email!
For preorder items:
Preorder items may take up to 2-3 months to get to you, including production time. I will keep an update page both on my shop and on twitter, please check back to see where the progress is!
Once i get the products, I will ship them out ASAP.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, everything will be shipped together to save on shipping costs.
2. When will my order arrive?
For domestic orders, it typically arrives in 2-5 working days.
For international orders, it can take 5-18 working days depending on the country.
3. I can't see an update on the tracking after it left Singapore...
Unfortunately, i'm not sure why this happens, but I suggest putting the tracking number in your local post office's site to see if there's an update. I can also check with my local post office if it's been over 2 months since your order has been shipped.
I greatly apologise for the inconvenience, and am looking at other possible shipping options that are affordable!
4. Customs and import taxes
For international orders, there may be additional customs and/or import fees. Unfortunately, any fees incurred are not within my control and I will not be responsible for extra charges.
Currently, I am not shipping to the US until I can find a solution regarding tariffs.
5. I placed 2 different orders and want to combine shipping.
Please email me at [email protected] to combine the shipping for your order! I will refund the shipping fee of the 2nd order and ship both orders together.
6. I think my order is missing. What do I do?
Please check the status of your package in your local post office with the tracking number provided occasionally after the package has left Singapore. I can also check with my local post office if it's been over 2 months since your order has been shipped.
I will not be liable for any goods that have been:
- lost due to untracked mailing
- damaged due to rough handling by postal services
- delivered to the wrong address due to inaccurate address provided
