FAQ & T&Cs

Terms of service
Please read these terms & conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering any of my products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By ordering my products, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have your parents' permission to buy from me and accept these terms & conditions.

1. Preorder items
Preorder items may take up to 2-3 months to get to you, including production & shipping time. I will keep an update page both on my shop and on twitter, please check back to see where the progress is!

Once i get the products, I will ship them out ASAP. 
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, everything will be shipped together to save on shipping costs.

2. Missing orders
Please check the status of your package in your local post office with the tracking number provided occasionally after the package has left Singapore. If the product is still in Singapore, you can check it at the Singpost website. I can also check with my local post office if it's been over 2 months since your order has been shipped.

I will not be liable for any goods that have been:
- lost due to untracked mailing
- damaged due to rough handling by postal services
- delivered to the wrong address due to inaccurate address provided

3. Returns/Exchanges
I have the right to cancel and refund any order deemed necessary.
I do not accept returns/exchanges/cancellations.
Please read the item descriptions carefully before placing your order.

I highly recommend taking a video when you open the package in case of missing items.

In the case of a missing/damaged item: Please provide video (highly recommended)/photo evidence, as well as your order number and name listed on your order as soon as possible. Compensation will be based on order by order basis.

Any order returned to me with the wrong shipping address, unpaid custom fees, non-delivery or any other similar reasons will not be shipped out until the re-shipment fee is paid. 

4. Customs and import taxes
For international orders, there may be additional customs and/or import fees. Unfortunately, any fees incurred are not within my control and I will not be responsible for extra charges.

5. Combining shipping
Please email me at [email protected] to combine the shipping for your order if you placed more than one order going to the same address! I will refund the shipping fee of the 2nd order and ship both orders together.
